Hamluke showing at the Lowry Lab Theater in St Paul.
Seen on July 26th 8pm
Although this show is not considered one that is actually in the fringe show, it was on the cusp of the fringe festival and thus made it into the feast. The show was a cross between Shakespeers Hamlet and the genious of Starwars. The show was fantastic and i loved it. There were some slow parts but the show was very cleaver and catching. i thought that the show was a "must see" show because it was so funny and so creative. it was something that anyone could see and understand. though there were times when i questioned my knowledge of Hamlet. but it was a great show. i give it an 8.5 out of 10.

the kenwood!

the kenwood:
smiles all around. our last show. this senoir home is actually right across the street from where i live so we just walked across the street. everyone was so very nice to us. the room was smaller but it was packed! the people loved it. there were people crying they were laughing so hard! most of the people still had all their pieces together and just loved the show! some people talked to us about how they used to act. the whole place was lit with smiles and joy for us. they loved it and wanted us back! it was the best last show that we could have ever asked for. it was amazing! the people loved the show they loved us. they thought it was cool that i lived across the street and just so excited about the show! it was really fun. we had such a great time. it was a wonderful bang out. felt really good to walk back home. know that it is over and know that it was one of the best things that i could be doing. i want to continue to give back to people. have people interact with others. people to get together and have the best time. that is what life is all about. live it. feel it. interact with everyone around you and know that strangers can love you without even knowing a thing about you!
thank you to donald steele, my family, friends, lovers, and lost. i love you all and think of you often.

minnetonka senior center
06.12.07
somewhere in minnetonka we found the senoir center that we arrived late to. something about a U turn that really didnt exist diverted us sideways. however. it was a nice little place with good cookies and high celings. it was really nice. the people really didnt laugh that much but we could hear some people. we wernt mic'ed which was fine. i think it was a little early for them maybe. maybe it was a little to early for me. cody was mad about the man moving our boxes but really i thought it was ok. this is the last day and it feels good and sad at the same time. it is good that this tour is going to be over. but also sad because we have a great time. todays performance was good. we got back home and ate some spaghetti O's and grilled cheese. all in all it was ok.
'my mom wrote the play!' 'really? i dont know if that is true'

the beat 06.10.07
06.10.07
my goodness i dont even know where things go. well this was the show that was at the beat coffehouse on the night of the 10th of june. this show was the second one for the public. i think that cody and i got a little bit more excited about the show than it turned out to be. i just need to know as an actress that there wont always be people there. i guess i have higher hopes for my friends. and i wish that those of them that said that they would be there would have been there. i know that cody feels the same way about the show. i think that it turned out to be an amazing show. there were many special people to me though. amoung them my acting teacher from highschool who gave me love from the beginning. she has helped to mold me to who i am today. it meant the world to have her there with me. she loved it. she cried. she loved it. there were also people who i was expecting to come who showed up. the show went well. we forgot some lines stumbled but picked ourselves up. it turned out to be something amazing and i was happy with it. there is much support for us which is really wonderful. makes me happy and excited to be a part of.

birchwood care facility
06.12.07
after a brief lunch and some video games/ rest and laugh time cody and i hit the road again for another place. birchwood care facility. honestly cody and i went into this place when we wanted to go to the aldrich place on the 31st of may. which is funny. the people were really nice. the audience was shy and didnt say much. the show went ok. no one laughed. no correction there were a few laughs but not many. i dont know if they understood the play really. but thats ok. the show was still nice. there was a man afterward that was telling us about chanhassen and how he used to do shows at the U in 1960 something! which was cool. it was weird for me. i had all this energy all ready and it was funneled into this show. but sometimes it is hard to do a show when no one is laughing. but that is somthing that we need to know is part of the truth of the project. and i love it ever minute. even the hard ones
